Bakina kuhinja- fantastičan kiseo kupus sa suvom kolenicom i slaninom (sauerkraut with dry bacon))

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
1 glavica kiselog kupusa (1 sauerkraut)
1 suva kolenica (pettietoes)
200-300 gr slanine sveže (200-300 g fresh bacon)
lovorov list (laurel)
tucana ljuta i slatka mlevena  paprike (spicy and powder paprika)
kašika masti po potrebi (spoon of fat)
zrno bibera (pepper)
4 čena belog luka (4 cloves of garlic)
Priprema: (preparation)
Iseci kiseo kupus ako je jako kiseo oprati ga u par voda, poredjati na dno lonca pa preko njega poredjati slaninu,kolenicu lovorov list, zrno bibera…. papriku tucanu i slatku

Prekriti sa drugom polovinom kupusa sečenog na krupne kocke. Odozgo ponoviti ..paprika, lovorov list, biber u zrnu i sečen beli luk.

Ako meso nije masno ubaciti mast .
Naliti vodom do pola i kuvati u skspres loncu oko 45 -60 min. a u običnom loncu oko 1,5 sat na tihoj vatri da tečnost lagano ispari a kupus i meso se skuvaju.
