Bakina kuhinja – preliven kolač sa makom i džemom  prefinjen desert (poppy cake)

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
200 gr kiselog mleka (200 g milk)
100 gr brašna (100 g slour)
50 -100 gr šećera ( po želji) (50-100 g sugar, as you like)
50 gr griza (50 g grits)
50 gr ml. plazme (50g cakes)
50 ml ulja (50ml oil)
100 gr maka (100g poppy)
1 prašak za pecivo (1 baking powder)
100 gr čokolade (100g chocolate)
100 gr suvog groždja (100g raisins)
džema od kajsija nekliko kašika (few spoons peach jam)
Preliv: (topping)
100 ml mleka (100m milk)
Priprema: (preparation)
 U činiju staviti sve sastojke osim džema  izjednačiti i sipati u pleh, Malom kašikom stavljati džem po testu pa sve dobro protresti.
(put all the ingredients in the bowl except the jam, equalize and pour into the baking tray, put the jam over the dough with a small spoon and shake everything well)

 

 Peći na 200 stepeni oko 45-50 min.
(bake at 200 degrees 45-50 min)

 

Vruć kolač preliti hladnim mlekom i preko toga rastopljenom čokoladom.
(pour cold milk and melted chocolate over the hot cake.)

 

Dobro ohladiti i sladiti se..
