Potrebno je: (ingredients)
1/2 kg kora tanjih gotovih (half pack of baking crust)
200 gr sira (200 gr cheese)
250 ml kiselog mleka (250 gr yogurt)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
50 ml. ulja (50 ml oil)
Priprema: (preparation)
Sir izdrobiti na krupnije parčiće. U kiselo mleko dodati jaja i ulje i izjednačiti. Pleh veličine 40×20 cm premazati dobro uljem.

Svaku koru skupljati kao harmoniku i redjati po dužini u pleh. Izmedju nabora ugurati sir sa svih strana. Preliti kiselim mekom i protresti da padne izmedju nabora.
