Bakina kuhinja – slatki  penasti venčići  za dečicu 

 



 
Potrebno je: (ingredients)
200 ml mleka (200ml milk)
1 kašičica šećera (1 teaspoon of sugar)
malo ulja (oil)
korica limuna (lemon layer)
350 -400 gr brašna (350-400 gr flour)
malo soli (salt)
krupan šećer (sugar)
1 vanilin šećer (vanilla sugar)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
Kvasac rastopiti sa šećerom pa kad zapeni dodati malo ulja, koricu limuna mleko i brarno 300 gr. Zamesiti testo dodavajući još brašna dok se ne dobije mekše testo  i glatko. 
 (melt the yeast with the sugar and when it foams, add a little oil, lemon zest, milk and 300 g of flour. Knead the dough by adding more flour until you get a softer dough and smooth)
Ostaviti pokriveno na sobnog temperaturi 30 min. Istresti na podmazan sto sa uljem i razviti pravougaonik.
 Iseći na trake  oko 1,5 cm. Svaku traku izvaljjati u valjak. 
(leave covered at room temperature for 30 min. Shake on a greased table with oil and develop a rectangle. Cut into strips about 1.5 cm. Roll each strip into a roller.)
 
 
Uviti mali krug od valjka  a sa ostatkom  testa isprepletati oko kruga praveći venčić. 
(Wrap a small circle from the roller and intertwine with the rest of the dough around the circle, making a wreath.)
 



 
Redjati u neki podmazan pleh i pokriti folijom i krpom.  Ostaviti 10 min da odmori i pržiti u dubokom ulju.
(arrange in a greased pan and cover with foil and cloth. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and fry in deep oil)
 

 

 
 Uvaljati u krupan šečer izmešan sa vanilin
(roll in sugar)
