U činiju razbiti jaje dodati jogurt, šećer i malo soli i izmutiti žicom. Dodati brašno i prašak za pecivi i dobro još mešati bez grudvica…

U manji sud sipati za tri prsta ulja pa kad se ugreje malom kašičicom vaditi testo i spuštati u ulje. Uvek umoćiti kašičicu u ulje. Pržiti fritule da porumene.
