Bakina kuhinja – kolač sa džemom i orasima jako dobar (cookie with nuts)



 
 
Potrebno je: (ingredients)
 
Za  biskvit  : (for bisquit)
 
4 jaja (4 eggs)
4 kašike šećera (4 spoons of sugar)
100-120 gr brašna (100-120 gr flour)
100 ml mleka (100 ml milk)
100 ml ulja (100 ml oil)
korica limuna (1 lemo layer)
1 prašak za pecivo (1 baking powder)
 
Nadev: (fill)
 
1/2 tegle džema po izboru (half jar of any jam)
100 gr mlevenih oraha (100 gr grinded nuts)
50 gr keksa (50 gr cakes)
prah šećer i vanilin šećer (poweder sugar and vanilla sugar)
 
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Umutiti jaja sa šećeron, dodati brašno  prašak za pecivo, ulje, mleko, koricu limuna i dobro izjednačiti. 
 (beat eggs with sugar, add flour, baking powder, oil, milk, lemon zest and equalize well.)
 
 
 
Tepsiju 30×20 cm podmazati uljem i posuti brašno i sipati pola testa i izravnati. Peći na 200 stepeni C oko 10-15 min. samo malo da zarumeni. Orahe i keks samleti i izmešati.

U džem dodati pola oraha. Kolač  polovinu pečen premazati džemom i posuti ostatkom ml. oraha.

Sipati drugi deo testa poravnati . Vratiti u rernu i peći još 35-40 min.Posuti prah šećerom i vanilin šećerom
