Bakina kuhinja – sladoled sa svežim voćem bez jaja
Potrebno je
1 list oblande
200 – 300 gr svežeg voća
250 gr. šlag pene
100 gr slatke pavlake
100 gr čokolade
ekstrat čokolade
1 vanilin šećer
Priprema:
Umutiti šlag penu, kao i slatku pavlaku pa sve izmešati i podeliti na 3 dela. U jedan deo dodati vanilin šećer, u drugi voće ili sok od voća u treći topljenu čokoladu.
List oblande staviti izmedju dve mokrekrpe, pa kad malo odmekne, iseći na pola po dužini i uviti kornete kao na Videu.
Sladoled razliti u činiji staviti u zamrzivač oko 3 sata a zatim vaditi kašikom za sladole u kornete i sladiti se…
