Bakina kuhinja – mekike (donuts)
Potrebno je
200 ml. mleka
1 kašika šećera
30 gr kvasca
2 jaja
malo ulja
soli
1 kašika šećera
500 – 600 gr brašna
1/2 praška za pecivo
Priprema:
Rastvoriti kvasac u malo mleka i šećera, pa kad se rastvori dodati ostatak mleka, jaja 2 kašike ulja i brašno.
Na kraju dodati so i zamesiti srednje tvrdo testo i ostaviti ga da malo naraste. Testo pokriti folijom ili krpom. Posle 20 min. testo razviti za prst debljine i seći testo po želji i pržiti u ulju. Može se dodati džem ili ako želite slano sir kao što je prikazano u Videu. Služiti uz jogurt, sir ili uz šta Vi želite…

Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in a little milk and sugar, but when dissolved, add remaining milk, eggs 2 tablespoons of oil and flour. Finally, add salt and knead the dough medium hard and leave it to rise a little. Cover the dough with foil and you cloth.
