Bakina kuhinja – špagete sa prelivom / spaghetti with sauce/






Potrebno je:
300 gr. špageta
250 – 300 gr. mlevenog mesa
začin , aleva paprika
origano, ml. biber
2 veća paradajza
1 crni luk
3 čena belog luka
ulje
kačkavalj ( ko voli)



Priprema:
Ispržiti sitno seckan luk na ulju. Dok nam se luk prži staviti špagete da se kuvaju. 

Kad se luk malo ispržio, dodamo meso, i upržimo ga sa lukom par minuta, zatim dodamo oljušten i nasečen paradajz. Poklopimo i dinstamo na tihoj vatri dok tečnost ne ispari. 





Tu dodamo seckan beli luk, začin, biber, može malo i tucana ljuta ako volite. Kad se makarone skuvale ( oko 7 – 8 min.) procedimo ih pa dodamo mleveno meso i promešamo. 





Odozgo može doći rendan kačkavalj.

2 large tomatoes
1 onion
3 cloves garlic

Preparation:
Fry finely chopped onion in oil. While we put fried onions to cook spaghetti. Here we add the chopped garlic, spice, pepper, and a little tucana be angry if you like. When macaroni is cooked (about 7 – 8 min.) Procede them we add minced meat and stir. Overhead can occur grated cheese.
