Bakina kuhinja – posne punjene paprike iz rerne



Potrebno je:
15 paprika zelenih
3 šargarepe
1 glavica crnog luka
začin, aleva paprika ml. biber
4 čena belog luka
peršunov list
2 veća paradajza
ulje
600 gr krompira



Priprema:
Luk iseći sitno propržiti dodati jednu seckamu šargarepu i nju propržiti  dodati začin, alevu i biber pa u to dodati rendan krompir zatim peršunov list i seckan beli luk. Sve dobro izmešati . Papriki izvaditi semenke i drške  pa puniti spremljenim nadevom .Zatvarati kolutovima paradajza. Mogu se po parici razbacati sečen krompir i ostatak šargarepe, koje ste pretgodno posolili i pouljili. PSipati 100 ml. vode pokriti folijom ili ako djuveč ima poklopac, i peći na 200-250 stepeni C oko 45 min. Dobili smo izvaredan ručak prste da poližeš. Prijatno dragi moji!

Grandma’s kitchen – lean stuffed peppers

 

It’s necessary:
15 green peppers
3 carrots
1 onion
spice, paprika ml. pepper
4 cloves garlic
parsley
2 large tomatoes
oil
600 gr potatoes


Preparation:

Onions cut small fry add one seckamu carrots and fry it to add spice, cayenne pepper and then in to add grated potatoes then parsley and chopped garlic. All mix well. Peppers remove seeds and handles while charging saved .Zatvarati stuffing tomato rings. They can be over one pair scatters cut potatoes and carrots rest, you pretgodno salted and pouljili.
