Bakina kuhinja- vrhunsko lisnato pecivo punjeno jabukama medom cimetom i orasima (apple, honey, nuts pie))

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)

200 ml mleka (200ml milk)
50 ml vode (50 ml water)
20 gr kvasca (20 g yeast)
1 kašičica šečera (1 teaspoon of sugar)
malo soli (salt)
420-450 gr brašna (420-450 g flour)
120 gr maslaca (120 g butter)
korica limuna (lemon crust)
 
 
Nadev: (filling)
2 jabuke (2 apples)
50 gr ml. oraha (50 g minced nuts)
1 kašika meda  (spoon of honey)
50 gr suvog groždja (50 g dry grapes)
cimet vanilin šećer prah šećer (cinamon, vanilla sugar, powder sugar)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
Rastopiti kvasac u vodi mlakoj dodati šećer pa kad kvasac zapeni sipati u vanglicu dodati ostatak mleka, brašno so i koricu limuna. Zamesiti glatko srednje tvrdo testo. pokriti da odmori 30 minuta. Razvući na sto i oklagijom istanjiti u pravougaonik.

Saviti u rolnicu pa iseći  na 2 cm veličine  jednake komade. Svaki deo razvući veličinu tanjira premazati maslacom pa poklopiti drugim testom takodje veličinu i  istanjenjenim. Sve tako dok se svi  delovi ne premažu i poslažu jedan preko drugog.

 Zadnji deo se ne maže. Pritisnuti malo rukama u krug pa polako oklagijom razvući u pravougaonik i uviti u rolnicu

Rolnicu isećiu na  manje rolate Svaki rolat  izdubiti prstima praveći rupu. Jabuke izrendati dodati meda , cimeta i suvog groždja.
Puniti rolate i spajati testo  i okrenuti ga i  redjati u pleh koji ste obložiti pek papirom. Pokriti da odmori 20 nin. pa premazati žumancetom u koji ste dodali kašiku mleka.

 Peći na 190 stepeni C 40-45 min. Pokriti krpom 15 min pa posuti vanilin šećerom i prah šečerom.
