Bakina kuhinja – šta spremiti sredom ili petkom 3 recepta (posno) (3 fasting meals)

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
Krompir (potato)
 
600 gr krompira (600 gr potato)
malo suvog začina (spices)
bibera (pepper)
aleva paprika malo (powder pepper )
1 kašika belog luka u granulama (garlic granules 1 spoon)
ulje (oil)
kesica  supe sa  pečurkama (mashroom soup)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Krompir očistiti iseću na  na listiće. Dodati malo suvog začina ili soli bibera ulje alevu papriku i izmešati.

 Podmazati pleh i istresti u pleh. U činiju istresti kesicu praha za supu sa pečurkama dodati beli luk  i 200 ml vode . Izmešati sa žicom i preliti. Još malo pouljiti i peći na 220 stepe C  oko 40 min.

 Kad provri  ubaciti  testeninu kuvati 10 min i ili već šta želite. Dodati peršunov list i poklopiti. Čorbica je gotova..

Pita sa jabukama i  svežim groždjem bez šećera (Apple and grape pie sugarless)
 
 
Izrendati nekoliko  jabuka, dodati cimeta i izmešati..Tanke gotove kore raširiti jednu na sto  pouljiti pa dodati drugu preko nje.

 I nju premazati uljem i dodati šaku rendanih jabuka Ubaciti  šaku suvog groždja i jedan manji  opran grozd  zrna pa pobacati po jabukama.

 Uviti i redjati u podmazan pleh. Svaku rolnicu premazati uljem i peći na 200 stepeni C oko 35 min da porumeni. U koliko želite možete jabuke zasladiti medom.
