Bakina kuhinja- posne punjene paprike sa Hilandara (stuffed paprika from Hilandar)

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
 
7 paprika (7 peppers)
100 gr pirinča  (100 gr of rice)
4 kašike seckanih oraha (4 spoons of grinded nuts)
1 šargarepa (1 carrot)
1 glavica crnog luka ili praziluk (1 onion or leek)
1 veći paradajz (1 larger tomato)
100 ml kuvanog paradajza (100 ml cooked tomato)
suvi začin i so (spice and salt)
3 čena belog luka (3 gloves of garlic)
mlevenu crvenu papriku (powder pepper)
 može malo tucana (hot pepper)
biber..ulje (oil)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Propržiti na ulju seckan crni luk i šargarepu, dodati beli luk,  crvenu papriku, opran pirinač sa orasima i sve još malo propržiti. Dodati soli i malo začina po želji, bibera..

Paprike oprati i izvaditi seme. Djuveč podmazati uljem, i puniti paprike  i redjati u djuveč. Zatvoriti kriškama paradajza.

Ostatak paradajza uglaviti izmedju paprika. Preliti sa kuvanim paradajzom i malo vode. Pokriti poklopcem za djuveč ili folijom. Peći na 220 stepeni C oko sat vremena..Fantastičnog ukusa prijatno..
