Bakina kuhinja – pogačice sa čvarcima (pastry with lardons)

Potrebno je


Potrebno je:
300 gr. čvaraka
1 jogurt 100 ml. mleka
3 jaja


600 – 700 gr. brašna
kockica kvasca
 1 kašika šecera
 malo soli
malo ulja
susam..kim


Priprema:
Kvasac rasvoriti u malo mleka i šećera dodati ostatak mleka, jogurt i brašno zatim so i zamesiti srednje tvrdo testo. Ostaviti da naraste 30 min. pa razviti testo oko 1 sm. i namazati sa mlevenim čvarcima. 


Urolovati i presaviti kao knjigu. Pokriti 10 min. da odmori pa razviti oko 1,5 sm debljine i vaditi pogačice i redjati u pleh namazati sa razmućenim jajetom i posuti susamom i kimom. 



Ostaviti da narastu oko 15 min. i peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni C pa smanjiti na180 oko 25 min. da lepo porumene. Služiti tople…

300 gr. greaves
1 100 ml of yoghurt. milk
3 eggs
600 – 700 gr. flour
yeast cubes
  1 tablespoon sugar
  pinch of salt
a little oil

Preparation:
Yeast rasvoriti in a little milk and sugar, add remaining milk, yogurt and then the flour and knead the dough medium hardness. Allow to rise for 30 minutes. but to develop the dough about 1 cm. and lubricated with minced cracklings. Urolovati and fold like a book. Indoor 10 min. to rest but to develop about 1.5 cm thick, and remove the patella, and arrange in a baking pan greased with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and cumin. Allow to grow for about 15 min. and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C but reduced at 180 about 25 min. to a nice golden brown. Serve warm …
