Bakina kuhinja – pita sa jabukama /apple pie/

 

(Za tri rolnice)


Potrebno je:
1/2 kg. gotovih kora
1 čaša od jogurta griza
200 gr šećera
1 čaša jogurta
3 jaja
700 gr rendanih jabuka
1/2  kesice cimeta
1 vanilin šećer
1/2 praška za pecivo
ulje



Priprema:


Umutiti jaja sa 100 gr šećera, dodati griz, jogurt, 1/2 šoljice ulja, vanilin šećer i pola peciva. Sve dobro izjednačiti. 





Jabuke izrendati, pa u njih dodati ostatak šećera, cimet i lepo izmešati. Raširiti prvu koru na radnu površinu pa je namazati sa filom. Prebaciti drugu koru preko nje, pa i nju premazati, tako uraditi i sa trećom korom. 

 



Preko treće kore razbacajte rendane jabule, savite krajeve i polako urolujte u rolnicu. Prebacite u pleh koji ste obložili pah papirom za pečenje. Peći 35- 40 min na 180 stepeni C da lepo porumeni. Pečenu pitu ukoliko želite pospite prah šećerom zamirisanom vanilom. Sladite se dragi moji!
