Bakina kuhinja-pileći medaljoni u pančeti





Potrebno je:
100 gr parizera
600 gr. pilećeh fileta
100 gr. kačkavalja
150 gr. pancete
začin, bibe
ulje
drvca za ražnjiće


Priprema:



Filete izlupati blago na dasci začini začinom i biberom. Kačkavalj iseći na kocke. U parizer uviti kačkavalj pa u  komad pilećeg fileta i na kraju u  u list pancete ili tanke listiće slanine. . 



Probosti čačkalicom ili štapićem i tako dok se ne utroši materijal. 



Peći na grilu ili suvom tiganju. Kao prilog predlažem pržen mladi kromiriće…Prijatno dragi moji!

It’s necessary:

100 gr salami
600 gr. pilećeh fillets
100 gr. hard cheese
150 gr. bacon
spice, bibe

Preparation:
