Bakina kuhinja – najbolji pileći bataci sa krompirom u rerni (chicken drumstick)

Potrebno je: (ingredients)

 
6 pilećih bataka sa karabatakom (6 chicken legs)
soli..bibera (salt and pepper)
2 kašike majoneza (2 spoon of mayonaise)
2 kašike paradajz pirea (2 spoon of tomato puree)
beli luk u granulama 1 kašičica (1 teaspoon of garlic granules)
maslinovo ulje (olive oil)
 
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Pileće batake posoliti. U činiju izmešati majonez i pire  paradajz moće se dodati i kašičica senfa, ubqaciti beli luk bibera malo i ulja.

Sve izjednačiti lepo i time premazati i utrljati u batake. Pleh obložite  pek papirom i malo premažite uljem. Poredjati u pleh batake sa malim razmakom.

Krompir očistiti i oprati i malo posoliti i uvaljati u ostatak marinade možete dodati i malo ulja. Ja sam dodala i malo aleve paprije. Rasporediti izmedju bataka.

Napominjem u koliko želite malo ljute batake ubacite malo mlevene tucane paprike u  marinadu i premaz.  Peći na 220 stepeni C oko sat vremena. Pravi gurmanluk..Prijatno
