Bakina kuhinja – musaka od tikvica (zucchini moussaka)

 



Potrebno je:
1 srednja tikvica
250 – 300 gr mlevenog mesa
brašno
4 jaja
začin aleva paprika
1 glavica crnog luka
4 čena belog luka
200 ml. mleka



Priprema:
Tikvice oguliti i iseči na tanko, pa posoliti i ostaviti 15-20 minuta. Dva jaja razmutiti, pa tikvice uvaljati u brašno , pa u jaja i pržiti sa obe strane. 



Luk iseći pa propržiti na ulju dodati beli luk i alevu papriku i začin, Može i malo ml. bibera. 



Pohovane tikvice pola poredjati u vatrostalni sud pa sipati mleveno meso i odozgo poklopiti ostatkom pohovanih tikvica. Zaliti sa jajima i mlekom. Može se dodati jedna pavlaka ili  naribani kačkavalj

It’s necessary:
1 medium zucchini
250-300 gr minced meat
flour
4 eggs
spice paprika
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
200 ml. milk




Preparation:
Zucchini peel and cut into thin, and season with salt and leave for 15-20 minutes. Two eggs, stir, and zucchini roll in flour, then in egg and fry on both sides.
Cut the onion and sauté them in oil add garlic and cayenne pepper, and spice, and a little ml can. Pepper.
