Bakina kuhinja – mafini sa čokoladom i jagodama



Potrebno je:
2 male šoljice brašna 
100 gr griza
100 gr margarina
100 gr šećera
2 jaja
korica limuna



malo jagoda ( ja sam stavila iz slatkog)
1 prašak za pecivo
1 vanilin šećer
malo cimeta
1 čokolada
200 ml. mleka



Priprema
Umutiti margarin sa šećerom, dodati jaja i njih umutiti, pa dodati brašno i prašak za pecivo,zatim mleko griz vanilicu, malo cimeta i koricu limuna pa sve dobro izmešati, najbolje mikserom . Podeliti na pola. Jedan ostaje svetli a u drugi dodati pola rastopljene čokolade.



 U pleh za mafini koji ste podmazali ili stavili papirne kalupe sipati pola svetle mase, staviti jagode pa pokriti čokoladnim delom. Peći na 180 stepeni C oko 20 min. Preliti glazurom od čokolade.

2 eggs
lemon peel
some strawberries (I put out sweet)
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
cinnamon
1 chocolate
200 ml. milk


preparation
Whisk butter with sugar, add eggs and mix them, then add the flour and baking powder, then bite Vanilice milk, cinnamon and lemon zest and all the stir, the best mixer. Divide in half. One remains bright in the second half to add melted chocolate.

  In baking muffins that you put paper or oiled molds to pour half a light-weight, put chocolate covered strawberries while working. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 20 min. Pour over chocolate glaze.
