Bakina kuhinja – kifle sa viršlama i džemom





Potrebno je:
1 kg. brašna
1 jogurt
200 ml. mleka
1 kašika šecera
malo ulja
džem



200 gr sira
3 jaja
1500 gr. viršli
30 gr. kvasca
malo soli



U malo mleka rastvoriti kvasac, dodati šećer 2 jaja ostatak
mleka, jogurt, malo ulja, brašno i so i zamaesimo srednje tvrdo testo i ostavimoa oko 30 min da nam naraste. Izvadimo testo iz vangle malo razmesimo i izvadimo loptica oko 200  gr težine..



Svaku lopticu razvijemo veličine tanjira presečemo 4 četvrtine., i svaku na još 2 trougla prikazano na Videu. U svaku četvrtinu stavljamo viršlu i malo sira u koje ste dodali 1 žumance uvijamo prvo jednu pa drugu stranu (preklapamo).





Tako pravimo i slatke samo stavljamo djem. Premažemo slane belancetom i pospemo susamomom a slatke samo uljem. Ostavimo da narastu 20 min. i pečemo na 200 stepeni C 20 min da porumene. Slatke kifle uvaljamo u prah šećer.
