Potrebno je:
30 gr kvasca
500 gr brašna
150 ml. jogurta
150 ml. mleka
2 kašike susama
1 kašika inzegralnog brašna
2 kašike zobenih pahuljica
1/2 šoljice ulja
2kašike lanenog semena
malo soli
1 kašika dulečnog semena
1 kašika šećera



priprema:
Kvasac i šećer rastopiti u malo mlake vode pa dodati jogurt i mleko, brašno, so i sve nabrojane sastojke i umesiti srednje tvrdo testo, ostaviti da naraste. Pemesiti ga staviti u pleh da opet naraste. Kad je naraslo malo ga pokvasiti odozgo vodom ili namazati belancetom pa posuti sa semenkama. Peći na 180 stepeni C 40- 45 minuta
