Bakina kuhinja- hrskave pohovane pileće džigerice sa belim lukom (chicken liver with garlic)

Potrebno je:
300 gr pilećih džigerica (300 g chicken liver)
2 kašike belog brašna (2 spoons of flour)
3 kašike prezli (3 spoons bread crumbs)
granule belog luka (garlic granules)
soli..bibera (salt and pepper)
2 jaja  (2 eggs)
ulje (oil)
Priprema: (preparation)
Džigerice posoliti, dodati granule belog lika bibera pa izmešati.
(add salt to the liver, add granules of white pepper and mix.)
 Uvaljati u brašno, obilno okupati u jajima koje ste izmutili i malo posolili a zatim u prezle.
(roll in flour, bathe profusely in the eggs you have settled and add a little salt and then in breadcrumbs.)
Pržiti u dubokom ulju da porumene sa jedne i druge strane. Poklopiti kod prženja jer prskaju prilikom prženja.
(fry in deep oil until golden on both sides. Cover when frying as they splash when frying.)
Vaditi na papirnu salvetu. Servirati uz kuvan krompir
