Bakina kuhinja – gibanica na bakin način (cheese pie)



Potrebno je
500 gr kora
200 gr, sira
3 jaja
malo mleka
1/2 praška za pecivo
ulje



Priprema:
 Izmrviti sir i dfodati jaja i prašak za pecivo, dodati mleko i 1/2 šoljice ulja sve lepo izjednačiti. 



Pleh namazati uljem, staviti jednu koru pa pouljiti malu. Sledeću koru zgužvati i dobro namočiti u fil i staviti u pleh. Isto uraditi i sa sledećim dok se ne utroši materijal. 





Odozgo staviti jednu koru pa ušuškati gibanicu i pokvasiti je malo vodom. Peći je na 180 stepeni C oko 30 min. Služiti toplu uz jogurt….

Preparation:
