Da li ste nekad razmišljali da zamesite pogaču uveče a ispečete je na brzaka kad dodjete sa posla. Dok se vi raskomotite  podgrejete ručak pogača se ispeče. Kako to izvesti evo jednog lepo recepta pogača iz frižidera ..Uživajte

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
450 ml mlake vode (450 ml warm water)
oko 600 650 gr brašna (600-560g flour)
50 ml. maslinovog ulja (50 ml olive oil)
20 gr kvasca (20 g yeast)
1 kašičica šećera (1 spoon of sugar)
1/2 kašičice soli (half spoon of salt)
Priprema: (preparation)
Kvasac potopite u malo mlake vode dodajte šećer i 2 kašičice brašna izmešati neka odstoji  da zapeni. Sipati kvasac u sud dodati ostatak vode 2 kašike ulja  i postepeno brašno ..

 Dodati so i još brašna celo vreme mešati rukama ili varjačom. Umesiti mekano testo  glatko.. Tepsiju veću  koja može da stane u frižider  ( ja sam okruglu) premazati dobro maslinovim uljem i razvući u tepsuji obradjeno testo.

Premazati ga malo uljem i uvući u jednu veću kesu. Dobro zatvoriti da nema vazduha i staviti u frižider Najbolje zamesiti uveče.

 Sutradan izvaditi iz frižidera skinuti kesu preliti je sa malo ulja i rukana tj. prstima je izbosti sa svičh strana. Posuti semenkama kimom  i odmah ide u vruću rernu.
Peči na 190 stepeni C oko 35-40 min da  bude rumena i lagana. Vruću pogaču prekriti krpama i ostaviti 15 min da odmori i omekne… Prijatno..dragi moji..
