Bakina kuhinja – sočna prelivena pita sa kokosom i suvim groždjem (coconut and grapes pie)

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
6 lista tankih kora (6 crust)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
3 kašike šećera (3 spoons of sugar)
50 ml. ulja (500 m of oil)
300 ml jogurta (300ml yogurt)
150 gr kokosa (150 g coconut)
1 prašak za pecivo (1 baking powder)
 malo ulja (little oil)
 
Sirup: (sirup)
300 gr šećera (300 g sugar)
1 vanilin šećer (1 vanilla sugar)
1/2 soka limuna (1/2 lemon juice)
150 ml vode (150 m water)
Priprema: (preparation)
Umutiti jaja sa šećerom dodati ulje, jogurt, kokos i prašak za pecivo i sve dobro izjednačiti. Na sto raširiti jednu koru, malo je pouljiti pa staviti odozgo drugu koru. pa je premazati filom kokosa. Saviti  malo ivice  i uviti u rolat.

Redjati u podmazan pleh. Oštrim nožem ili žiletom iseći rolnice  malo pouljiti  i peći  na 200 stepeni C  oko 30 min..

 Dok se  pita peče staviti šećer u šerpu vanilin šećer, i pola limuna kriške.

 Ostaviti da sirup vri par minuta da se malo zgusne.

Pečenu pitu preliti vrućim sirupom da upije. Ohladjenu pitu spakovati u kutiju može stajati par dana. Sladite se.. prelepa je…
