Potrebno je: (ingredients)
200 gr makarona (200 g macaroni)
1 praziluk (1 leek)
6 -7 paprika (6-7 peppers)
2-3 paradajza (2-3 tomatoes)
ulje.so (oil and salt)

Na ulju propržiti sečen na kolutove praziluk, dodati sečenu papriku na krupnije pa kad se to dobro uprži na tihoj vatri ubaciti paradajz, i posoliti.

Pržiti da ispari tečnost ostaviti malo ne sasvim. Makarone skuvati i ocediti i malo pouljiti.
