Bakina kuhinja – predlog za posne dane vrhunski krompir sa tikvicama (potato with zucchini)

Potrebno je (ingredients )

 Očistiti krompir i tikvice i iseći na krugove. dodati suvog zacina i soli, bibera, belog luka, i ulja i sve dobro izjednaliti,Papriku iseći na krupnije kao i luk pa posoliti.

Redjati u pleh koji se premazali ulje, Izmešati sve i naizmenično redjati u pleh. Ubaciti i sečen paradajz.

Pouljiti i peći na 220 stepeni C oko sat vremena. pokriti folijom prvih 15-20 min. pa otkriti da se lepo ispeče i razrumeni u sopstvenom soku. Fantastičan je.
