Bakina kuhinja – kako napraviti Karadjordjevu šniclu (Karageorge steak)


Potrebno je: (ingredients)
150 gr. kačkavalja (150g hard cheese)
150 gr suvog mesa (150g dry meat)
150 gr. kajmaka (150g cream cheese)
150 gr. brašna (150g flour)
 150 gr. prezli (150g bread crumbs)
začin za meso (spices for meat)
so (salt)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
ulje (oil)

Priprema (preparation)
Meso iseći na šnicle pa tanko izlupati. 

(cut the meat into steaks and beat thinly.)

 

Svaku izlupanu šniclu namazati kajmakom staviti nekoliko lista suvog mesa   ili šunkarice zatim kačkavalja saviti ivice i urolovati. 
 (spread each peeled steak with cream, put a few leaves of dried meat or ham, then bend the edges of the cheese and roll it up.)

 

Uvaljati u brašno pa u umućena jaja i u prezle ponovo u jaja i prezle.
