Bakina kuhinja – gibanica ružica hrskava  prelepog ukusa puna fila (cheese pie)

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
200 gr sira (200 g cheese)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
1/2 praška za pecivo (half baking powder)
tanke kore (baking crust)
malo ulja (oil)
Priprema: (preapartion)
Raširiti koru na sto pa je pouljiti . Sir izdrobiti dodati jaja i  prašak za pecivo i izjednačiti. Koru  malo premazati filom.  Staviti na sredinu kore prste i uvijati u krug  držeći tri prsta u sredini.
(spread the crust on the table and cover it. Crush the cheese, add the eggs and baking powder and equalize. Coat the crust a little with the filling. Place your fingers in the middle of the crust and twist in a circle holding three fingers in the middle.)

 

 Skloniti ruku i u to udubljenje staviti malo fila.
(in the hole add more fill)

 

 Pokriti malo ivicama fil korama pa ružitcu okrenuti naopako i u sredinu staviti fil i redjati u podmazan ojrugli pleh.
(cover with edges then turn its upside down, than add fil in the middle and put it oiled tray)
Redjati u krug a u sredinu takodje staviti. Dodati još malo fila i premazati uljem.
(arrange in a circle and put in the middle as well. Add a little more filling and coat with oil.)
 Može malo i susama. Peći na 190 stepeni C oko 30 min. Sjajna je hrskava …Uživajte..
(you can add some sesame. Bake on 190 degrees for 30 min)
