Bakina kuhinja – fini sočni mafini bez brašna (muffins)

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
2 šolje griza (šolje od 100 gr) (100 gr grits)
1 šolja kokosa (1 cup of coconut)
1 šolja šećera (1 cup of sugar)
1 šolja ulja (1 cup of oil)
1 šolja suvog groždja (1 cup of raisins)
200 ml jogurta (200 ml yogurt)
1 prašak za pecivo (1 baking powder)
1 vanilin šećer (1 vanilla sugar)
korica limuna (lemon layer)
sok limuna (lemon juice)
1 šolja vode (glass of water)
Priprema: (preparation)
Umutiti jaja, sa dve kašike šećera dodati griz sa praškom za pecivo, kokos, ulje, suvo groždje, koricu limuna i sve dobro izmešati.
(beat the eggs, with two tablespoons of sugar, add semolina with baking powder, coconut, oil, raisins, lemon crust and mix everything well.)

 

Puniti mafini kalupe i peći na 190 stepeni C oko 30 min. Dok se kolač peče ušpinovati šečer sa vodom u koji dodajemo vanilin šećer i pola limuna kriške.
(fill muffin tins and bake at 190 degrees C for about 30 minutes. While the cake is baking, sprinkle sugar with water to which we add vanilla sugar and half a lemon slice.)

 

Sirup prohladiti pa kad se kolač ispeče izvaditi iz kalupa u neki sud i preliti.
(cool the syrup, then when the cake is baked, take it out of the mold into a bowl and pour it over.)
Ako kalupi imaju rupice na sredini napunite voćnim džemom..
(if the molds have holes in the middle, fill them with fruit jam)
