Bakina kuhinja – vrhunska poslastica kolač sa breskvama (peach cake)

 



Potrebno je: (ingredients)
 
2 male šoljice brašna  (šoljice od 100 ml.) (2 cups of flour)
2 šoljice griza (2 cups of grits)
2 šoljice suvog groždja (2 cups of dry grapes)
2 šoljice jogurta (2 cups of yogurt)
1 šoljice ulja (1 cup of oil)
1-2 šoljice šećera (1-2 cups of sugar)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
1 prašak za pecivo (1 baking powder)
korica limuna (lemon layer)
1 vanilin šećer (1 vanilla sugar)
700-800 gr brsaka zrelih (700-800 gr peaches)
 
Priprema (preparation)
 
Umutiti jaja sa šećerom odvojiti žumanca, dodati brašno sa praškom za pecivo, zatim dodavati žumanca, griz,suvo groždje,ulje, koricu limuna vanilin šećer i sve polako izmešati.
 (whisk the eggs with the sugar, separate the yolk, add the flour with the baking powder, then add the yolk, semolina, raisins, oil, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and mix everything slowly.)
 



 
Na dno pleha izrezati pek paprit pa premazati uljem pleh. Posuti malo dno krupnim šećerom.
 (on bottom of the tray put baking paper and oil, sprink with sugar)



 Breskve dobro oprati iseći kriške i redjati na dno pleha.Preliti testom i protresti dobro pleh.Peći na 200 stepeni C oko 50 min da lepo zarumeni.
(wash the peaches well, cut them into slices and arrange them on the bottom of the baking tray. Pour over the dough and shake the baking tray well. Bake at 200 degrees C for about 50 minutes until nicely browned.)
