Bakina kuhinja- voćni koh  prelepog ukusa (fruit koh)



Potrebno je: (ingredients)
 
5 jaja (5 eggs)
6 kašika griza (6 spoons of grits)
3 kašike mlevene plazme (3 spoon of cakes)
100 gr suvog groždja (10 g dry grapes)
160-200 gr bresaka(160-200 g peaches)
korica limuna (lemon layer)
1 l mleka (liter of milk)
šećera po želji (sugar as you want)
 
 
Priprema: (preparation)
Umutiti jaja sa 5 kašika šećera dodati griz, plazmu, koricu limuna, suvo groždje i sve izjednačiti.

Pleh podmazati uljem i  posuti brašnom pa istresti umućeno testo i preko njega rasporediti sečene breskve.

Peći na 200 stepeni oko 40 min.. Mleko skuvati dodati šećer po želji može i vanilin šećer pa kad se koh ispeće polako prelivati dva puta u razmacima da lepo upije. Koh je sjajnog ukusa mmmmm…
