Bakina kuhinja – slatko punjeno pecivo prelepo (sweet dough)

Potrebno je: (preparation)
 
 
400 gr brašna (400 gr flour)
1 jaje (1 egg)
20 gr kvasca (20 gr yeast)
200 ml mleka (20 gr milk)
malo ulja (little bit oil)
korica limuna (lemon layer)
1 kašičica šećera (teaspoon of sugar)
malo soli (salt)
 
Za nadev: (for filling)
1 puding od slatke pavlake (1 sweet cream pudding)
250 ml mleka (250 ml milk)
1 vanilin šećer (1 vanilla sugar)
1 kašičica šećera (1 teaspoon of sugar)
1 kašika suvog groždja (dry grapes)
1 kašika integralnog pirinča u boji (integral rice spoon)
1 žumance (1 yolk)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
U malo vode mlake rastopiti kvasac dodati šećer i ostaviti da zapeni. U vanglicu sipati brašno, dodati jaje, kvasac, mlako mleko, ulja malo, koricu limuna soli i zamesiti mekše testo.
(dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm water, add sugar and leave to froth. Pour flour into a bowl, add egg, yeast, lukewarm milk, a little oil, lemon zest and salt and knead a softer dough)

 
Ako je potrebno brašno dodavati po potrebi.Dobro testo izraditi i ostaviti da odmara na sobnoj temperaturi 30 min. Puding skuvati dodati šećera po želji i malo prohladiti.
(if necessary, add flour as needed. Make a good dough and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Cook the pudding, add sugar as desired and cool slightly.)
 
 Kašikom ga prebaciti u kalup za tulumbe. Testo razviti 1,5 cm iseći na tanje trake i svaku traku uviti u valjak. Spojiti dve trake u vrhu i isplesti kiku. Iseći na nekoliko dela i stvarati manje krugove od pletenice.

Redjati u podmazan pleh ili sa obloženim pek papirom. Špricom puniti krug pletenice pudingom a na vrh pudinga ubuaciti malo suvog groždja i pirinča.

Pokriti da malo poraste pa premazati žumancetom u koga ste stavili kašiku mleka i malo ulja..Peći na 220 stepemi C oko 20-25 min. Uživajte..sjano pecivo koje možete  uvaljati u prah šećer..
