Bakina kuhinja- punjene pohovane tikvice iz rerne (stuffed zucchini)

 
Potrebno je: (ingredients)
1 tikvica (zucchini)
100 gr brašna (100 gr flour)
100 gr prezli (100 gr bread crumbs)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
100 gr suvog vrata ili šunkarice (100 gr ham)
50 gr. kulena (100 gr hot sausage)
ulje (oil)
 
 
Priprema. (preparation)
Tikvicu oguliti  i iseći na tanje listove i posoliti. Ostaviti 15 min. pa iscediti. Jaja umutiti. 
(zucchini peel and cut into thin sheets and season with salt. Leave for 15 min and drain. Whisk the eggs)

 

Na list tikvice staviti savijeni suvi vrat pa preko njega listić kulena. Poklopiti listom tikvice.
(put a bent ham on a zucchini leaf and a sausage leaf over it. Cover with zucchini leaf.)
 
 
Uvaljati u brašno,  provući kroz jaja, prezle i opet jaja. Redjati u podmauan pleh i peći na 220 stepeni C oko 40 min. Odličnog ukusa…
