Bakina kuhinja – pileće šnicle u soja sosu  pokreču sva čula  vrhunsko (chicken in soy sauce)

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
1 par pilećih grudi (chicken breast)
3 čena belog luka 3 gloves of garlic
malo karija (little curry)
soli bibera (salt and pepper)
1 kašika soja sosa (1 spoon of soy sauce)
1 kašika brašna (1 spoon of flour)
ulje (oil)
 
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Snicle ako su deblje malo izlupati preko folije. Posoliti u činiju sopati ulja  zatim malo soja sosa  karija i sve izmešati.
 (stake  beat over the foil. Add salt to a bowl of sautéed oil, then a little soy curry sauce and mix everything.)
 
 Sipati na šnicle i izmešati. Pržiti na grilu ili teflonskom tiganju oko 15-20 min da lepo porumeni Može se  na početku poklopiti da se malo izdinstaju.

 Ulje koje je ostalo od šnicli sipati u manju šerpicu pa ubaciti brašno i izdrobljen beli luk i pržiti da brašno i luk dobiju kremastu boju . Dodavati vodu  i mešati do željene gustine treba biti redji sos koji dobro provri.

 Isključiti pa dodati soli, bibera, soja sosa i peršunovog lusta. Šnicle poredjati u tanjir i preliti sosom.
