Bakina kuhinja- musaka sa boranijom lako jednostavno jako ukusno (moussaka)

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
 
700 gr boranije mlade (700 gr green beans)
400 gr mlevenog mesa (400 gr minced meat)
1 paradajz (1 tomato)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
200 gr. kisele pavlake (200 gr sour cream)
1 glavica crnog luka (1 onion)
3 čena belog luka (3 cloves of garlic)
malo aleve paprike, biber so može začin suvi (powder pepper, pepper, salt, spices)
ulje (oil)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Na ulju propržiti seckan crni luk, pa kad bude staklast dodati mleveno meso pa ga tiho upržiti.
(fry chopped onion in oil, then when it is glassy, add minced meat and fry it quietly.) 
 
Dodati so, biber alevu papriku.  Boraniju očistiti i oprati iseći na  dela i obariti. Ubaciti u boraniju mleveno meso i izjednačiti 
 (add with, pepper allspice. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Put minced meat in green beans and equalize)



U činiju umutiti jaja dodati pavlaku i beli luk i izmešati. Pleh podmazati uljem istresti boraniju i sitno seckan paradajz.

Preliti pavlakom i dobro protresti da slegne do dna. Peći na 220 stepeni 50-60 min da ispari tečnost..
