Umesiti tresto dobro glatko pa ga razvući oklagijim veličine tanjira i pokriti folijom i krpom da odmara 15-20 min. Raširti stonjak na veći sto pa ga pobrašnjiviti malo. Prebaciti testo na sto pa ga premazati uljem i ostaviti opet da odmara 20 min.

Pomoću čaršava uviti dve suprotne strane u rolnice i nožem iseći po sredini. Svaku rolnicu podeliti na pola pa je uviti kao puža i staviti u podmazanu tepsiju.
Premazati pitice uljem i peći u rerni na 190 stepeni C da lepo porumene 40- 50 min.
