Bakina kuhinja – punjeni pohovani plavi  patlidžan i paprika bez prženja (fried eggplant)

 
Potrebno je: (ingredients)
 
2 plava patlidžana (2 eggplant)
4 paprike (4 pepper)
3 jaja (3 eggs)
5 kašika prezli (5 spoon bread crumble)
5 kašika brašna (5 spoon of flour)
malo feta sira (cheese)
malo ulja za podmazivanje (oil)
so (salt)
 
Priprema:(preparation)
 
Patlidžan oguliti i iseći na tanje listove i posoliti. Ostaviti 10 min da puste tećnost. Ocediti u cedilki. Sir iseći na manje kocke pa uviti 1 krišku u patlidžan u rolnicu.

Poredjati  sve u tepsiju pa je prevrnuti što jer bilo do pleha sad je  odozgo. Peći na 220 stepeni C oko 40 min da lepo porumeni. jesti toplo..Prijatno!
