Bakina kuhinja – punjeni pohovani kačamak sjajan recept (fried porridge)

 

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
200 gr kukuruznog brašna + 2 kašike (little bit over 200 gr of corn flour)
600 ml vode (600 ml water)
soli (salt)
1-2 jaja (1-2 eggs)
4 kašike hlebnog brašna (4 spoons of white flour)
4-5 kašika prezli (4-5 spoons of bread crumbs)
100 gr sira (100 gr cheese)
ulje (oil)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
Staviti u šerpu vodu posoliti  pa kad provri skuvati kačamak. Ostaviti da se malo prohlado vaditi kašikom na dlan koji ste malo premazali  uljem.

 U sredinu stavite kocku sira pritisnuti sa svih strana i formirati knedlu. Knedlu uvaljati u hlebno brašno jaja i prezle.

Pržiti u dubokom ulju. Vaditi  na papirnu salvetu. Servirati toplo uz krišku sira  ili kačkavalja..Prelepo prijatno!
