Bakina kuhinja- pizza rolnice neodoljivo dobro (pizza rolls)

 

 
Potrebno je: (ingredients)
15 gr svežeg kvasca (15 gr yeast)
1 kašičica šećera (1 teaspoon sugar)
malo soli (salt)
1 jaje (1 egg)
 20 ml. ulja ( 2 kašike) (20ml of oil)
200 ml mleka mlakog (200 ml warm milk)
oko 450 gr brašna (450 gr flour)
 
Za nadev: (for fill)
 
200 gr šunkarice ili obične salane (200 gr ham)
kečapa (ketchup)
100 gr kačkavalja (100 gr yellow hard cheese)
100 gr sira za mazanje (100 gr cheese)
origano (oregano)
malo rendane  ćajne kobasice (grinded sausagge)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Rastopiti kvasac u mlakom mleku, dodati šećer i ostaviti da zapeni. Dodati jaje i izmutiti žicom malo. Ubaciti malo ulja i dodavati brašna da bude srednje tvrdo više mekše.
(melt the yeast in lukewarm milk, add sugar and leave to froth. Add the egg and whisk the wire a bit. Add a little oil and add flour to make the medium hard more soft)
 

 

 
Dobro obraditi rukama i pokriti da se udvostruči. Razviti testo u pravougaonik 1,5 cm. Premazati sirom pa poredjati salamu preko kećap , pa kačkavalj i ponovo malo kečapa. Ubaciti i rendanu čajnu nekoliko kašika.

Na kraju origano. Uviti u rolat i seći 2 cm dobljine. Redjati u podmazan pleh . Premazati žumancetom

Ostaviti da odmara toliko da se rerna ugreje na 200 stepeni C. Staviti u rernu i smanjiti na 180 sterpeni C i peći da porumeni oko 25-30 min.

Pokriti vruće rolnice krpom da malo odmore ..služiti tople..Vehunske mekane kao pena..Ukus neodoljivo dobro
