Bakina kuhinja- kuglof sa jogurtom bez margarina mirisan rastresit (kuglof with yogurt)

Potrebno je: (ingredients)
 
4 jaja (4 eggs)
300 gr brašna (300 gr flour)
2 kašike kakaa ili 100 gr čokolade (2 spoons cocoa or 10 gr chocolae)
2 kašike mleka za kakao (2 spoons of milk)
korica pola limuna (lemon crust)
100 ml ulja (100 ml oil)
200 ml jogurta (200 ml yogurt)
100 gr suvog groždja (100 gr dry grapes)
malo ruma (rum)
100 gr šećera (100 gr sugar)
2 vanilin šećera (2 vanilla sugar)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
Umutiti jaja, dodati brašno sa praškom za pecivo, koricu limuna, ulje, jogurt, vanilin šećer,rum i sve dobro izjednačiti. Odvojiti 1/3 testa.

Kakao pomešati sa mlakim mlekom pa ubaciti u tersto koje ste odvojili i dobro  izjednačiti a u svetli deo ubaciti suvo groždje.

Kuglof podmazati uljem i  posuti brašnom. Na dno sipati svetli pa tamni deo i tako dok se sve ne utroši. malo izmešati ja sam drškom varjače.
