Bakina kuhinja-domaće kroasan kiflice vrlo jednostavno (homemade croissant)

 

Potrebno je tačne mere (exact ingredients)
 
400 gr brašna (400 gr flour)
250 ml mleka (250 ml milk)
2 kašičice šećer (2 teaspoon sugar)
20 gr kvasca (20 gr yeast)
malo soli (salt)
 
Za premazivanje: (for oiling)
120 gr maslaca (120 gr butter)
1 žumance (1 yolk)
 
Za nadev (staffing)
sir u eurokrem (cheese and cream)
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Izmrviti kvasac u pola mlaka dodati šećer i ostaviti da zapeni. Dodati ostatak mleka brašno i so i dobro izraditi  (5-6 min).
(crumble the yeast in half lukewarm, add sugar and leave to froth. Add the rest of the milk flour and salt and work well -5-6 min.)
 

 

 
Pokriti krpom i ostaviti da poraste. Istresti na sto i podeliti na manje loptice. Maslac malo držati u zamrzivaču.
 (cover with a cloth and let rise. Shake on a table and divide into smaller balls. Keep the butter in the freezer for a while)
 
 

 Svaku lopticu razviti veličine tanjira pa narendati malo maslaca. Svaku tako i poklapati jednu preko druge. 

 (roll each ball the size of a plate and grate a little butter. Match each one over the other.)

 

Zadnju ne mazati. Pritisnuti malo rukama pa oklagijom i razviti testo 1 cm debline. Seći trouglove i filovati po želji.
(do not lubricate the last one. Press a little with your hands and then with a rolling pin and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut triangles and fill as desired)
 

 

Ostaviti da malo porastu za to vreme ugrejati rernu na 220 stepeni C  Narasle kraosane premazati žumacetom.
(allow to rise slightly during this time, preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Coat the grown croissants with egg yolk.)
 
 

 

Peći oko 20-25 min. Pokriti da se ohlade ..Uživajte.. prelepi..
