Bakina kuhinja – čorbasta boranija/ beans/

 
 
 
 
Potrebno je: (ingredients)
 
600 gr. boranije (600 grams of green beans)
2 zelene paprike (2 fresh paprica)
2 krompira na kockice (2 potatoes sliced on cubes)
2 paradajza oljuštena na kockice (2 peeled tomatoes)
1 veću šargarepu na kolutove (1 large carrot)
začin, aleva paprika (spice, powder pepper)
3 čena belog luka (3 gloves of garlic)
1 glavica crnog luka (1 onion)
1 rendana šargarepa1 k.k. brašna  (1 spoon of powder)
ulje (oil)
 
 
Priprema: (preparation)
 
Na ulju propržiti sitno seckan crni  luk  rendanu šargarepu,dodati seckanu  papriku, šargarepu na kolutove, seckan krompir na kockice, začin i alevu papriku.
(fry finely chopped onion in oil, grated carrot, add chopped paprika, carrot on rings, diced potatoes, spice and allspice)
 
 
 
Dodati boraniju i sve malo izdinstati ,  pa naliti vodom da ogrezne i kuvati da se boranija skuva. Razmutiti brašno u malo vode pa dodati u boraniju.
(add the green beans and sauté everything a little, then pour water to soak them and cook until the green beans are cooked. Stir the flour into a little water and add to the green beans)

Na kraju dodati seckan beli luk i seckan peršunov lista.
