Porebno je:
 
1/2 kg srednjih gotovih kora
200 gr spanaća
1/2 praziluka
50 gr pirinča
1 kašika ajvara
biber mleven..soli
maslinovo ulje
 
Priprema:
Sve kore rasprostresti na sto pa im  iseči KRAJEVE i kore zaokrugliti. Propržiti seckan spanać pa na njega ubaciti opran i usitnjen spanać. Dobro izdinstati. Pirinač obariti pa ubaciti u spanać. Dodati soli bibera i ajvar.
 
 

 

 Sve dobro izmešati. Odvojiti 4 kore i svaku pouljiti i stavljati jednu preko druge . .Kore preseći na pola cetvrtine i osmine da se dobiju trouglovi U svaki trougao staviti kašiku fila saviti  u kiflu i slagati u podmazan pleh….Peći na 200 stepeni C oko 25 min.  Fina hrskava pogodna za doručak, užinu ili za večeru…
