Bakina kuhinja – pohovane sendvič tikvice iz rerne



Potrebno je: 


3 jaja
1 kg. tikvica
100 gr brašna
100 gr kačkavalja
100 gr parizera
ulje

Tikvice očistiti i iseći tanko pa posoliti i ostaviti 30 mi. da omeknu. Ocediti vodu iz njih. Na svako parče tikvice staviti list parizera,, zatim list kačkavalja i poklopiti listom tikvice. Uvaljati u brašno pa u brašno koje ste malo umutili i posolili. 



Ovo možete redjati u stakleni djuveč ili u tepsiju  koju ste obložila pah papirom.. Redjati sendviče u tepsiju posuti ih malo susamom. Kao prilog možete staviti i malo krompira pasve zajedno ispeći. na 200 stepeni C oko 40-30 min. prijatno!

It takes 
3 eggs
1 kg. zucchini
100 gr flour
100 gr of cheese
100 gr salami
oil
salt



Preparation:
Courgettes cleaned and cut thin but salt and leave for 30 mi. to soften. Drain the water from them. On each piece of zucchini to put salami list,, and hard cheese list and cover sheet zucchini. Roll in flour, then in the flour that you have a little Umut and salted. This can line up in a glass baking dish or stew you pah-coated paper .. sandwiches arrange in a baking pan sprinkle them a little sesame. As a side dish you can put a little potato bake pasv together. at 200 degrees C for about 40-30 min. pleasant!
