Bakina kuhinja – paprika na starinski način /pepper the old fashioned way/
Potrebno je:
1/2 kg. mlevenog mesa
1 glavica crnog luka
50 gr pirinča
1-2 kom paradajza
1 kašika začina
1 k.k. aleve paprike
1 kg. paprike za punjenje
4 čena belog luka
50 ml. ulja
ml. biber malo
1 jaje
Priprema:
Ispržiti crni luk na ulju dodati beli luk alevu papriku, začin pa sve to dodati u meso. izmešati dobro rukama, oprati pirinač pa i njega dodati, zatim malo mlevenog bibera i na kraju jaje. Sve dobro izjednačiti i puniti paprike.
Napominjem meso se ne prži. Napunjene paprike zatvarati kolutovima paradajza redjati u šerpu. Naliti vodom i kuvati oko sat vremena na tihoj vatri. napraviti mali zapršku i zapržiti papriku. Služiti toplu može uz pire krompir..Prijatno!
