Bakina kuhinja –  paprike na bakin načina (peppers on my grandmother’s way)



Potrebno je:
1/2 kg. mlevenog mesa
1 glavica crnog luka
1-2 paradajza

50 gr pirinča
1 kašika začina
1 k.k. aleve paprike
1 kg. paprike za punjenje
4 čena belog luka
1 jaje
malo ml. bibera
ulje



Priprema:
Luk iseckati i propržiti na ulju. Meso staviti u činiju padodati pržen luk, zatim opran pirinać, jaje, začin, biber alevu papriku i seckan beli luk i dobro izmešati rukom.

 

Paprike oprati i izvaditi seme i puniti paprike. Zatvarati sečenim paradajzo. Naliti vodom i kuvati oko 50 min. .Napraviti malu zapršku i papriku zapržiti. Služiti uz krompir pire… Prijatno..
