Bakina kuhinja – lisnata pogača (puff cake)
Potrebno je:
kocka kvasca
200 ml mleka
200 ml jogurta
100 ml ulja
3 jaja
700 -800 gra brašna so
1 kašika šećera
150 – 200 gr margarina
Priprema:
Kvasac 30 gr. rastopiti u malo toploga mleka dodati 2 jaja i 1 belance pa izmutiti žicom . Dodati sve ostale sastojke i zamesiti srednje tvrdo testo. Ostaviti da naraste oko 20 min. Zatim razviti u tanku koru koliko se može i premazati sa razmekšanim margarinom i urolovati. Seći rolnicu makazama ili nožem 2 samtimetara širine i redjati u podmazan pleh naslanjajući jedno na drugo. Žumance izmešati samalo ulja pa četkicom premazati pogaču i posuti susamom i ostaviti da naraste oko 15 min. Peći u rerni na 180 stepeni C 40 – 45 mi..

Preparation:
