Bakina kuhinja – musaka sa šampinjonima /moussaka with mushrooms/



Potrebno je:
600 gr. krompira
250 gr šampinjona
1 glavica crnog luka
3 čena belog luka
začin, biber, aleva paprika
1 šoljica mleka
1 pavlaka
100 gr kaćkavalja
2 jaja


Priprema:
Krompir očistiti i iseći na krugove. Šampinjone iseći na listiće i propržiti ih na ulju sa sitno seckanim crnim lukom. Dodap beli luk, začin, biber i alevu papriku. Vatrostalnu činiju podmazati uljem pa poredjati pola krompir sipati šampinjone dodati odozgo narendan kačkavalj, i pokriti ostatkom krompira. Jaja razmutiti sa mlekom i pavlakom pa preliti musaku. Peći na 200 stepeni C 45 min da lepo porumeni. Prijatno!

It’s necessary:
600 gr. potato
250 gr mushrooms
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
spice, pepper, cayenne pepper
1 cup milk
1 sour cream
100 gr yellow cheese
2 eggs


Preparation:
Potatoes clean and cut into circles. Mushrooms cut into slices and fry them in hot oil, finely chopped onions. Dodap garlic, spice, pepper and cayenne pepper. Baking dish with oil lubricated but stow half the potatoes pour the mushrooms, add the grated cheese from the top, and cover the rest of the potatoes. Whisk the eggs with the milk and cream to pour so moussaka. Bake at 200 degrees C for 45 min to a nice golden brown. Pleasant!
