Bakina kuhinja-kolač sa šljivama (cake with plums)
Potrebno je:
3 jaja
2 šoljice brašna
2 šoljice griza
1 šoljica ulja
1 čaša jogurta
2-3 šoljice šećera
malo cimeta
1 vanilin šećer
1 prašak za pecivo
1/2 kg šljiva
1 kašika kakao
korica limuna
Pleh preomera 32 sm.
Priprema:
Umutiti belanca sa šećero u čvrst šne dodati žuimanca, brašno sa pomešanim praškom za pecivo, griz, jogurt ulje. Testo podeliti na dva dela, u jedno dodamo kako i dobro izmešamo i sipamo da se peče 5 min na 180 stepeni C.
Izvadimo kolač posle 5 min. poredjamo šljive koje smo podelili na polovine i normalno odbacili koščice.
Preko šljiva sipamo malo cimeta / ako volite ne mora/ . U svetli deo testa dodamo riibanu koricu od limuna i vanilin šečer. Sve dobro izmešamo i sipamo preko poredjanih šljiva. Lepo rasporedimo i vratimo da se peče još 30 min.
